  • Every cat has their own habits, so some need a little time to get used to a new spot. Place a familiar blanket or pillow with a known scent in the bed and let your cat explore it on their own. You can also leave a favorite treat nearby. Don't force your cat inside. Let them settle in at their own pace. For some cats, 1 to 3 days is enough. Others need longer, and that's perfectly normal.

  • The sleeping area measures 35 × 35 cm, with a 50 cm diagonal, so your cat can rest in different positions: curled up or stretched out, as far as their size allows. Comfort depends on your cat's size and habits. If your cat is large or likes to sleep fully stretched out, we recommend comparing the bed's dimensions with their usual resting spot first.

  • On the outside, the bed measures 37 × 37 cm, with 13 cm high walls. The cushion measures 35 × 35 cm.

  • The mount is designed for safe use with cats weighing up to 9 kg and has been tested under load. When choosing, consider not only your cat's weight, but also how stable your desk is, whether the bed is installed correctly, and how your desk is built. Do not exceed the maximum load stated for the product.

  • Yes. We use only safe materials backed by supporting documents: solid hevea wood, E0 class glue with low formaldehyde emission, several layers of fully cured coating, and a top layer of natural wax tested by the Intertek laboratory. The soft cushion is made of 100% polyester.

  • The bed is handmade from solid hevea wood and protected by a matte finish and natural wax. The clamp is made of aluminum. The cushion is soft plush faux rabbit fur, 100% polyester.

  • Yes. The bed rotates a full 360° and locks in place: toward you, toward the window, or wherever your cat decides. Just keep the arm locked so the bed sits over the desk surface, not beyond the edge.

  • Natural and Walnut differ only in shade, and the wood grain shows through in both. Natural is light and calm, perfect for bright rooms and Scandinavian interiors. Walnut is warm and rich, made for cozy offices and interiors with darker wood.

  • Very close, but not identical. Each bed is made from natural wood, so the grain and shade vary slightly from piece to piece, and colors can look different on different screens. These natural variations are not a defect.

  • The bed attaches to the edge of your desk with a clamp, so there's no need to drill. The clamp fits tabletops up to 9 cm thick. Before you buy, check the thickness of your tabletop, the shape of its edge, and that there's free space underneath for the clamp. If your desk has a thick or beveled edge, or a metal frame under the tabletop, make sure the clamp can be fitted without obstruction.

  • No. The mount installs without drilling and requires no permanent changes to your desk, and silicone pads on both plates protect the surface from scratches. When installed correctly, the clamp holds the bed securely on the edge of the tabletop. Before mounting, make sure the contact surfaces are clean and the protective pads are positioned correctly.

  • No. There's no need to drill into your tabletop, and no extra tools are required: everything for assembly, including screwdrivers, is in the box. Slide the clamp onto the edge of the desk, tighten it, and attach the bed following the instructions. Lock the arm so the bed sits over the desk surface, never beyond the edge. Setup takes less than a coffee break.

  • No. Lock the arm so the bed sits over the desk surface. Over the desk, your cat's weight presses the clamp onto the tabletop; past the edge, it pulls the clamp away from it. The bed itself can still rotate a full 360° on the arm, so your cat can face any direction.

  • Yes. Loosen the clamp, move the bed to another desk, and tighten it again. No new hardware needed.

  • Wipe the wooden surfaces with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then dry them. Avoid abrasive sponges and harsh cleaning products, as they can damage the coating. The cushion is removable and machine washable.

  • We currently ship to Germany, France, and Poland.

  • Shipping to Germany, France, and Poland is free on every order.

  • Order processing takes 1 to 3 working days, and delivery takes 7 to 12 working days. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel until it arrives.

  • Once your parcel is dispatched you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow the shipment in My Orders in your account or on the Track Your Order page. Separate numbers are provided for multiple parcels.

  • Yes, until the parcel is handed over to the carrier. After that, changes are impossible, but you may return the product once it arrives.

  • This depends on the last-mile courier assigned to your order. In most cases, you'll be able to choose a pickup point once your shipment is en route.

  • Not yet, but we're working on it. For now, all orders are shipped with standard tracked delivery.

  • Securely and with care. Each item is protected from impact and movement using a strong outer box and internal cushioning.

  • Courier selection is handled automatically, based on your region and service availability.

  • Contact us with your order number and we'll guide you through the process step by step, quickly and without stress.

  • You can return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Please send the product back complete and in its original packaging. If your bed arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery and send photos, so we can file a claim with the carrier.

  • Photograph the damage and the label, then contact us within 14 days of receipt. You can choose a replacement, partial compensation, or a full refund.

  • If one of the bed's parts gets damaged, contact us and we'll find a solution.

  • All Catomi items are covered by standard consumer rights, including repair, replacement, or refund if the product does not match its stated quality.

  • We'll send you an email confirmation once the return is received and inspected.

  • PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, BLIK, Shop Pay, and UnionPay. The full list appears at checkout.

  • All transactions are processed by certified providers using SSL/TLS encryption. Your payment data are fully protected and never stored by us.

  • Yes. All prices already include VAT and any customs duties, so no additional fees are due on delivery.

  • We accept euros (EUR) and, for Poland, Polish zloty (PLN). If you pay in another currency, your bank will convert the amount automatically.

  • Cash on delivery is not available. We accept all major online payment methods: secure, fast, and with instant confirmation.
